Welcome!Lincoln Park Soo Bahk Do has been instructing the Korean Martial Art of
Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan for over 20 years. This program has been
operated in conjunction with the City of Lincoln Park's Since 2000, our school has been operated under the guidance of Sa Bom Nim Josh Lockwood who is a 5th Dan (degree black belt) and an internationally certified Master Instructor with over 17 years of teaching experience. Our art can benefit anyone and everyone regardless of age, gender,
interest or ability. We use Soo Bahk Do to realize our full
potential both physically and mentally to emphasize "Virtue in action"
demonstrating courage, discipline, confidence and humility through our
sincere efforts in training and our behavior towards others.
